Guaranteed Housing

Our Student Residences

Providing convenient, affordable housing to students is a priority for Brooklyn Law School. We own and operate two student residences, including Feil Hall, a magnificent new high-rise building, which provides housing for approximately 370 students.

The Law School's two residences, all within a short walk from the campus, are located among the tree-lined streets of the landmark Brooklyn Heights Historic District—one of the most beautiful urban residential communities in the country. Housing costs for Brooklyn Law School residences are below the market rate for apartments in New York City, especially those in such a desirable neighborhood as Brooklyn Heights.

You must be an admitted student to access the housing application on Brooklyn Law School's portal at, with a username and password that you will receive from the Admissions Office.  If you have lost either of these, please contact the Admissions Office at (718) 780-7906.

Housing applications should be mailed to the following address:

Brooklyn Law School
Office of Student Housing
205 State Street
Brooklyn, NY 11201

For help or questions about the Law School’s housing application process, please contact Melissa Giovinazzo in Student Affairs by email at or by phone at (718) 780 - 0333.
